Ensalada de porotos negros<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h1>\n

  • 1 taza de porotos negros (si usas en conserva, debes lavarlos bien para eliminar el exceso de sodio)<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd cebolla morada picada (peque\u00f1a) y amortiguada en agua<\/li>\n
  • Piment\u00f3n rojo picado<\/li>\n
  • 150 grs. de quesillo picado<\/li>\n
  • \u00bd pepino picado<\/li>\n
  • Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n
  • Jugo de lim\u00f3n o aceite bals\u00e1mico<\/li>\n
  • Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h1>\n

    En una ensaladera, agrega los porotos negros, la cebolla picada, el piment\u00f3n, el quesillo y el pepino. Revuelve bien para mezclar todos los sabores, texturas y colores. Puedes reemplazar el quesillo con queso feta, por ejemplo, u otro de tu elecci\u00f3n que sea ligero.<\/p>\n

    Finaliza con jugo de lim\u00f3n y una pizca de sal. Si prefieres, puedes usar aceite bals\u00e1mico u otro aderezo.<\/p>\n

    Una ensalada fresca que va muy bien con pescados y pollo. Adem\u00e1s, es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar \u00bfTe gust\u00f3?<\/p>\n

    Hamburguesa porotos negros y quinoa<\/strong><\/h1>\n

    Puedes usarlo de acompa\u00f1amiento para pastas, pescados o carnes blancas. Revisa la receta y an\u00edmate.<\/p>\n

    • 1 taza de porotos negros cocidos (puedes usar en conserva, pero recuerda lavarlos bien para eliminar el exceso de sodio)<\/li>\n
    • \u00bd taza de quinoa ya cocida.<\/li>\n
    • Verduras picadas (cebolla, pimentones)<\/li>\n
    • Cilantro<\/li>\n
    • 1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n
    • Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n
    • Jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n
    • Ali\u00f1os a elecci\u00f3n: comino, c\u00farcuma, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h1>\n

      Muele los porotos previamente cocidos con tus ali\u00f1os favoritos y reserva.<\/p>\n

      Saltea las verduras y la quinoa hasta que se dore la cebolla y agrega a la mezcla de porotos negros.<\/p>\n

      Con ayuda de una licuadora de mano, haz una pasta con el aceite de oliva, ajo, cilantro y jugo de lim\u00f3n. Una vez listo, agrega a la mezcla de porotos, verduras y quinoa y revuelve todo muy bien.<\/p>\n

      Forma hamburguesas del tama\u00f1o que prefieras y saltea hasta que se doren. Tambi\u00e9n puedes hornearlas por unos minutos hasta que queden crujientes.<\/p>\n
